Howard's, in Hagerstown, MD, was founded in 1941 as a paint store.  We have evolved over the years into an incredible art supplies, framing, drafting and crafts supplies store.  Roger and Ellen Collins, the third owners of Howard's since Jack Howard started the whole thing, bought the store in 1994.  They have made it into a place where your questions can be answered, your problems solved, your art framed beautifully, and you can have FUN too!
