Ready Made and Sectional Frames: Howard's has ready made frames in all standard sizes from 5x7 to 24x36. We also carry 7 styles of sectional frames. Sectionals come in full-inch sizes, from 4" to 20" and even inch sizes from 22" to 36" or 40" depending on style. So you can accommodate your 12" x 30" picture in a frame that is "almost custom".

MAT CUTTERS: We have all sorts of mat cutters, for a $10.95 hand held cutter to $239.95 Logan #450 40" cutter. Our most popular and easy to use cutter is the $119.95 Logan #301-S cutter. You can cut professional looking mats with this baby in no time!
